Man's essential nature asks to love and be loved back. No person can do without friendship. Albert Einstein is reported to have said that "only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile", and as a popular saying goes "life without friends is like a garden without flowers". Even Jesus, during his days in our world, and in carrying out his mission, regarded a number of people as his friends. From amongst his disciples he chose twelve to lay his trust on, and aid him in his ministry. Jesus bade us:
"Love each other as I have loved you".

 

 

The Friendship Group is a Christian movement made up of youths and adults from all walks of life. We have answered Jesus's call to love one another as he loved us. Through our various meetings we discover God's presence in our lives and get to know each other better. In all we are three groups according to age.

                    

The first group is called Christian Service Community (CSC). This group caters for those between the age of 25 and 40.

 

Then there is the Talent and Social Club (TSC). This is for those between 40 and 50 years old.

 

Finally there is the Friendship Group (FG). This is for those who are 50 and older .

 

 

Meetings are conducted in Maltese.
